Mary Plante

Hi, I’m Mary, the owner and founder of Bronze & Beyond. If you know me from Scrub Me Good, you already know I care deeply about skincare. Every product we’ve created there has been designed with healthy, glowing skin in mind — and that same philosophy inspired Bronze & Beyond. At a beauty conference, I watched a demo of professional spray tanning equipment and solutions, and something just clicked. The results looked so natural and confidence-boosting that I knew I wanted to bring that experience home to St. Cloud. From that moment on, I set out to create a studio where tanning isn’t just about color — it’s about skincare, self-care, and confidence. As someone who is aging myself, I know the unique needs of mature skin. That’s why I specialize in creating spray tans that flatter aging skin, helping it look radiant, even, and fresh. I am certified by the National Spray Tan Professional Association and I personally do tans in the studio because I believe the best leadership comes from rolling up your sleeves and truly understanding the work. At Bronze & Beyond, we don’t just “do tans.” We create moments where you look in the mirror and feel like the very best version of yourself.

Courtney Plante

Hi, I’m Courtney, spray tan artist at Bronze & Beyond and manager at Scrub Me Good. I’ve worked alongside Mary — who also happens to be my mother-in-law — since 2019, helping with everything from production and operations to managing social media. Over the years, I’ve learned so much about skincare, ingredients, and what makes people feel confident in their own skin. So when Mary mentioned adding spray tanning to the mix, I was all in. I’d been wanting to learn for a while, and it quickly became something I absolutely love. I’m a National Spray Tan Professionals Association certified artist and have also completed additional training in color theory to ensure every tan looks natural and beautifully matched to each client’s skin tone. My approach to tanning is simple: make every client feel comfortable, confident, and excited to see their results. I’m bubbly and friendly by nature, but I take the details seriously — making sure every tan looks natural and flawless. When I’m not in the studio, I’m most likely spending time with my husband and son, enjoying life’s little moments together.
